COB = Chip On Board – The LED chips are bonded directly onto the circuit board. Reported to be more stable and longer lasting than any other LED chip type.
Why use LED bulbs?

These are fantastic! I had my doubts as I was disappointed in the Bunnings Phillips range of LED’s. The Phillips range was so over priced and crap compared to this 50W Halogen MR16 fitting. Thanks Kiwi LEDS for saving me money. Recommend this MR16 fittings to those looking at replacing kitchen & bathroom down-lights. Very efficient and bright.
